As a company, we are here to answer all your questions that you may have regarding the company, our services, or even if you are not sure what we do within the Destination Wedding industry, we have listed some of them with answers below. • Is it cheaper booking through a Travel Specialist than myself?
Bespoke travel isn’t cheap – it’s true. But there are some very good reasons for this. Like tailors of haute couture outfits, we hand-make each and every trip we sell based on years of insight, knowledge and experience. Nothing we do is off-the-shelf, meaning we put lots of care into fine-tuning your itinerary to make sure it fits you perfectly. We draw on friendships, agreements, and relationships with contacts and partners to ensure we can do things differently – always elevated, and never ordinary. As we often say, no two trips are ever the same. Our higher premium reflects all of the added ideas, expertise and energy that goes into your itinerary – as well as our 24/7 support, logistical expertise, insider insight, and all of the management and details. We really love travel, and take huge pride in giving you the best and most seamless experience of your life. In other words: it’s really, really worth it.
  • Do you book individual items i.e just flights, accommadation only etc"
Yes we do. We are more than happy to discuss your needs and book individual items for Personal and Business needs.
  • Do I need a Visa?
Depending on the type of passport you hold and the country you are travelling to will depend on whether or not you need a visa, visa waiver or tourist card. We will do our best to provide you with information regarding visas but we also advise all customers to check with the embassy of the country you are visiting for confirmed visa arrangements. Please be aware that acquiring visas are solely your responsibility so please be advised this is only information we provide.
  • Will someone help me while I'm abroad?
We are always at the end of a phone from start to finish of your vacation, however if you are abroad for a wedding or vow renewal etc you will have a designated Wedding Specialist to help you every step of the way regarding your big day.
  • What are the benefits of having a destination wedding?
Nowadays, many couples opt to forgo traditional and expensive weddings in favor of a more intimate gathering at a destination they love. Destination weddings allow couples to extend their celebration from four hours to a week (or however long you desire), while creating a lifetime of memories with their close friends and family. Because they are often more intimate than traditional weddings, destination weddings can also be more affordable for couples.
  • What do Inspirational Travel Plus do for Destination Weddings, Will they plan the wedding?"
No. Inspirational travel Plus is a travel planning agency specializing in destination weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries, vow renewals and other special occassions. We provide travel, venue/accomadation, transfers, excursions and give you relevant documentation. Once we discuss your dream event such as where, budget and when, we can match you with an experienced wedding planner. A destination wedding travel agent will take care of all the logistics for your group. They will answer all your guest's questions about the resort, the room upgrades, the airport transfers, and the destination as well as help with any changes and will fix problems that could arise.
  • What paperwork will I need to get married abroad?
Every country has different requirements for marriage so we will inform you regarding the legalities depending on the country you choose. You may also be required to get paperwork signed by a solicitor before you travel so again we will advise you on the action you are required to take and what you need to take with you.
  • I've been married before, can I have an overseas wedding?"
You must advise us if you have been married before. This is not a problem in most countries, however proof of either your divorce or bereavement is required if necessary. You may be required to get this paperwork from a solicitor before you travel so we will advise you. Failure to inform us and turn up without the relevant paperwork may result in your marriage being unable to take place.
